Each of our plans includes a specific number of facial recognition terminals. Standard includes 1 terminal, Professional includes up to 3 terminals, and Enterprise includes unlimited terminals based on your needs. Additional terminals can be purchased separately at the prices listed in the Hardware Options section.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time as your business needs change. When upgrading, you'll receive prorated credit for your current plan. Downgrading is available at the end of your billing cycle.
There is no additional setup fee for Standard and Professional plans. For Enterprise deployments, implementation services are quoted based on your specific requirements. Hardware installation is included in the price of each terminal.
